Summary
Twilio is a software company that empowers innovators across various industries to redefine how companies interact with their customers, integrating communication into the toolkit of every software developer. With this in mind, the project was initiated as a pilot to showcase Regalix as a Twilio-certified, flex-ready partner. The goal was to present an opportunity for a partner integration with Twilio, leveraging Regalix's 16 years of expertise in providing effective customer engagement and contact center solutions.

Process
This project was undertaken twice, each time with a distinct approach to script writing, visualization, and design. In the first attempt, my responsibility was to design the visualized concepts, while in the second attempt, I was tasked not only with design but also some visualization aspects. Throughout both of these experiences, I ensured to explore various design themes while keeping the company partnership we were targeting in consideration.

I aimed to achieve a seamless fusion of both companies' color palettes and embrace the playfulness inherent in Twilio's design styles. This approach led me to develop a fresh visual style guide for this partnership, which adheres to the design guidelines of both entities.
